Nori Wert is the sixteen-year-old assistant to UncleDobbin at UncleDobbinsParrotFair. She has short blonde hair and she spends most of her time at the beach, working on her tan. The only thing she likes better than the beach is her job.

When she found out the secret of Uncle Dobbin's birds, Nori expressed incredulity and subsequently lost her own magic in the form of a parrot. By the end of UncleDobbinsParrotFair, Nori earns her parrot's trust back by believing in it again and her magic returns to its rightful place.
